Murali KRISHNA Devarakonda is a seasoned product and engineering efficiency coach with over 25 years of relevant experience. He has been cross-pollinating lessons in product/engineering agility between established companies and startups since the early days of object-oriented analysis and design. Murali is known for his expertise in applying Agile engineering (XP) practices and Agile Project Management (Scrum) to turn dysfunctional global teams hyper-productive. He has founded and pivoted ridesharing/carpooling startups through consumer and enterprise strategies, enabling sales & market/investor validation through multiple pivots in weeks. Murali is the founder of Agile Entrepreneurs, a collaborative network of founders of hi-tech product startups. He coaches early-stage startups to help them get product validation in weeks, traction in a month, and product/market fit in as little as a quarter. He teaches the 4-Week Startup (4WS) method to MVP, turning infinitely vast vision into high-quality, low-cost MVP in the shortest time with limited resources. Murali created the 4WeekStartup (4WS) program to help entrepreneurs, where he coaches them 1-on-1 on bootstrapping, provides them access to mentoring from successful bootstrapping entrepreneurs, and helps them build virtual teams of curated & founder-recommended shared resources. Murali has worked with organizations of all sizes looking to improve the productivity and efficiency of their Product & Engineering processes by understanding the roles they play & the value they create, and then empowering the product & engineering organizations from top to bottom. He has also worked as an Agile Consultant at Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies. Murali holds a degree in Intermediate from Nrupathunga Junior College, and a Secondary School Certification (SSC) from People's High School. He also studied Corba and EJB at San Jose State University. Murali's TechStack includes Product Manager and Senior Software Engineer. He is an active Board Member of the non-profit Immigrants Support Network (ISN) and has contributed to the passage of several legislative & regulatory reforms for H-1B workers.
